This Refund Policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

By purchasing or enrolling in any course from Court Cure, LLC (“Court Cure,” “we,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Our courses are delivered digitally and made accessible immediately upon payment. Because course materials and certificates can be viewed or downloaded right away, all sales are final unless a clear billing error or duplicate payment has occurred.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once you complete checkout and receive course access, the purchase is considered delivered and fulfilled.

Refunds or cancellations will not be granted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts
  • Court or employer non-acceptance (students are responsible for confirming eligibility before purchase)
  • Technical issues caused by your device or internet connection

We encourage you to review all course descriptions and verify requirements before completing payment.

2. Limited Exceptions

In rare circumstances, Court Cure may issue a refund or credit solely at its discretion.

Acceptable exceptions include:

  • Verified duplicate payments for the same course
  • Demonstrated billing system errors

All refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the original transaction date to [email protected] and must include proof of the issue (e.g., duplicate receipt or payment confirmation).

3. Technical Errors

If a system malfunction prevents you from accessing your course, we will promptly restore your access or extend your course window at no additional cost.

Technical errors do not entitle you to a monetary refund unless the error results in duplicate payment.

4. Disputed Charges

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer after receiving course access, we will contest it with supporting evidence including:

  • Your registration record and electronic acceptance of our Terms
  • Server access and progress logs showing course entry or activity
  • The published Refund Policy and transaction record

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, revocation of certificates, and possible referral to a collections or legal process.
