Before purchasing any course, it is the sole responsibility of the user to verify with their court, attorney, or relevant legal authority that online courses, specifically from CourtCure, are acceptable for their specific requirements. CourtCure cannot be held liable if a court or legal authority does not accept the certificate of completion from our courses.
All sales are final. Once a course has been purchased, we cannot offer a refund, either in part or in whole, for any reason. This policy is in place to protect the integrity and value of our courses and services, given the immediate benefits and digital nature of our products.
Upon successful completion of a course, users are provided with a certificate of completion. This certificate stands as a testament to the user’s dedication and understanding of the course material. Once a certificate has been issued, the associated course fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
In rare cases where a user experiences technical difficulties from our end that prevent them from accessing or completing a course, we will strive to provide technical support or, if the issue cannot be resolved, offer an alternative solution. Such cases will be addressed on an individual basis and do not guarantee a refund.
